- Arrange for the issuance of office supplies such access cards.
- Properly archiving, printing, and scanning all of the papers.
- Coordinating all documents with the HR/Admin staff in Karachi.
Skills
Well-groomed, presentable, with strong communication abilities and a self-assured speaking style.
Intermediate/Bachelor degrees are needed.
- Working as a receptionist recently or in the past would be advantageous.
- Expertise in Word, Excel, and Outlook among other Microsoft office programs.
- Effective time management.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative processes.
- Capable of making a positive contribution as a team member by pitching in as needed with various tasks.
