ANUPAM KHER ON ‘THE KERALA STORY’ BEING DESCRIBED AS A PROPAGANDA FILM
Adah Sharma, Yogita Bihani, Siddhi Idnani, and Sonia Balani are among the cast members of “The Kerala Story,” which also stars Kangana Ranaut and Anupam Kher. In a Monday media interview, Kher responded angrily to the complaints and the movie’s suspension.
He thought back to the period when his movie “The Kashmir Files” was labelled as propaganda. “They are the same faces and they are everywhere opposing such films,” the well-known actor alleged. No matter if it’s a protest at the CAA, Shaheen Bagh, or JNU.
The same people who denounced “The Kashmir Files” were present. I don’t understand their motivation, and I don’t think it’s worth paying attention to them. In actuality, they are no longer necessary. Once more, I’d argue that they are the identical faces.
Vipul Shah, who is also listed as the film’s creative director, announced that he will file a lawsuit to challenge the West Bengali government’s decision to outlaw his movie. In response to the rumours, he said on Monday, “If that is what she has done, we will file a lawsuit. We shall fight to the full extent of the law’s allowable limits.
