After “thinking long and hard” about it, Diab added, “Colin and I welcomed our lovely baby to the world a few weeks ago and we are over the moon with our growing family.”

Since this is so extremely personal to us and I discovered I’m a complete mama bear,
I honestly wasn’t going to publish anything.
However, recovering after delivery has been a challenge (more on that later).
She captioned a picture of the pair cradling their infant on a hospital bed, saying, “Colin is the most fantastic dad, and I’m soooo grateful that he is by our side for every second of this journey.
On Sunday, Diab wrote on Instagram on how her life has already changed since becoming a mother.
She wrote, “My interactions and experiences with life have already changed.” And our adorable little kid, who has taught me to love in ways I never knew, has made the world a lot greater place in my eyes.
I understand that by revealing this, I can relate to you in ways that I never could have anticipated, Diab wrote. ” And because of our adorable little kid, who has taught me to love in ways I never understood, my world has become even greater.”
Diab did not mention the child’s name or gender in her article, but instead signed it from “The Kaepernicks.”

When he was a member of the San Francisco 49ers, 34-year-old Kaepernick stirred up debate by taking a knee during the playing of the national anthem to denounce racial inequality and police brutality.
